Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards or goods purchased. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
Please send us a photo of your damage good/wrong item receive with your invoice number to lovewhat.orders@gmail.com and we will investigate and also come back to you asap to advise if a full refund will be processed.
